Order Quantity
There are huge economies of scale in screen printing. Basically the more you order , the less you pay.

Type of Shirt
The blank shirt you choose. For example, a basic 100% cotton 5.2 oz short sleeve tee is less expensive than a poly/cotton blend and or long sleeve shirt.

Art
Number of colors and locations printed. The more colors in your art and the more locations on which your art is printed (ie. Front , back , sleeve) the more you pay.
